There are rich vanadium titanium magnetite resources in China. They are the important raw materials of producing vanadium and vanadium products. The most common method of extracting vanadium is Alkali- alkaline earth metal sintering process. This extracting method brings energy waste and environment pollution. On the other side, titanium white industrial have produced a large number of high concentration waste acids. Aiming at existing problems, a new progress of pressure leaching no-roasting vanadium slags, titanium white waste acid as leaching agent, is applied. Vanadium and other metals are extracted and separated effectively. At the same time, titanium white waste acid are utilized comprehensibly. In this paper, it is studied, in N1923, P507 and P204 systems, the extraction of vanadium and other metallic elements from leaching solution obtained from the process of acid leaching with pressure. On the basis of the analysis of the extraction results, it is studied, in P507 and P204 system, from the stripping from organic phase. The contents are as follows:(1) The experiment of converter vanadium slag titanium white waste acid leaching determine the optimum leaching conditions: the temperature of 150℃, leaching time of 90 min, liquird to solid ratio of 7.5:1, initial acid concentration of 200 g/L, stirring rate of 100 rpm, leaching rate of vanadium is 94.45%。(2) The vanadium waste acid leach liquor was leached under the optimum leaching conditions. By comparing the separation effect of vanadium and other metal ions in leach liquor extraction with P204 extraction system and P507 extraction system, we can draw a conclusion that the best experimental conditions of temperature on the extraction 25℃, the reducing agent 0.2Fe, the leaching solution p H=2.0, the organic phase consisting of 20% P204, 10% TBP, 70% sulfonated kerosene, phase ratio(O/A) =2:1, shaking time 5min, the extraction rate of V is 95.84%.(3) The organic phases, which are obtained under the optimal extraction conditions, are stripped in P204 system and P507 system. The stripping results were contrasted. The influences of stripping time, concentration of stripping solvent, stripping(O/A)ratio and the stripping temperature on extraction rate were researched. The result shows that at the stripping time of 8 min, acid concentration of 15%, phase ratio(O/A)=3:1, stripping rate of vanadium is 89.42%, and iron and other ions are almost not into the water phase. |
