Metallic Carding Clothe(MCC) is a key component for the textile industry. The MCC production technology of China has a big gap with foreign countries. Vol-quenching joint production line, major equipment of manufacturing wires, sets the process of physical prototyping and the process of microstructure heat as a whole. The punching and quenching are two important production processes.Design principle and manufacturing precision and skills used of production lines will affect the MCC processing quality.In order to improve production efficiency, the punching process generally uses on-line high-speed rotary cutting mode requesting several thousand meters long rack shape strictly in line.To improve production efficiency and product quality of traditional punching machine using CCD online detection technology is the objective of this research. Traditional product quality inspection of MCC punching machine needs to stop and artificial destruct, using optical amplification principle of projection imaging detection off-line. This increases product breakage and reduces product quality and production efficiency. Punching and material pulling processes are provided power by a high-power motor. Spindle drive of two actions complex connect together through the mechanical gear. So the traditional punching machine has complicated mechanical structure and bad flexibility and adaptability. When need changing the production process, it should adjust most of mechanical parameters.This paper introduces a two-axes CNC punching machine which IPC and PLC are used as the main controllers, CCD as the online detection device and two-axes servo driving system as the actuator. Given the system working principle of on-line adjustment of detection, punching, electrical system design and software programming method.Compared with the troditional one, the new punching disc-drawing rollers is decoupled each other thoroughly. Through the software programming and parameter setting, the system realizes the two axis synchronous driving and ensures the process parameters real-time and non-contact measureed and flexible adjusted online.
