Organophosphate, organochlorine, pyrethroids, phenoxy acid and carbamate pesticides using the highest frequency in the world, they are highly toxic, long residence time, degradation difficult. Especially in recent years the irrational use of pesticides to human and environmental harm more serious, now, people just stay in pesticide hazards that a food has gradually shifted to the clothes people wear to the top pesticides not only through the respiratory and digestive absorption, but also through contact with the skin into the human body, pesticides can affect the nervous system, liver and reproductive organs have certain damage, cause cancer and newborn infants produce freaks, our country is a major exporter of textiles, the more widespread use of pesticides, in order to ensure the smooth conduct of international trade me, so the establishment of a fast, accurate and safe measurement and analysis methods is necessary. In this experiment, the 61 pesticide residues required in the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Version 2014, were chosen as the research objects. The method meets the requirement at home and abroad. At the same time, the assessment of pesticide residues in eco-textiles was studied. The detection methods of pesticide residues in textiles were established. In this study, nationwide textiles were sampled. The samples were frozen and isolated, or sealed to prevent to be polluted by the pesticide residues in the environment. The samples were crushed and grinded. The samples were processed by acetonitrile extraction, purified by C18, PSA, and concentrated to 1 mL by nitrogen blowing, gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) were used for analysis. Meanwhile, the linearity and accuracy of the method was validated experimentally to establish the detection and analysis method for the 61 pesticide residues in eco-textiles. GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS analysis method was established experimentally. Through recovery and precision experiments of the sample, the recovery rate of the 61 pesticide residues was 80.9%~100.8%, RSD less than 7%, The accuracy and precision of the method was good.the experiment established methods of ecological textiles 34 kinds of pesticide residues by gas chromatography-tandem, and 27 kinds of ecological textiles pesticide residues by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method that can meet domestic requirements and detection limit, this is the first time QuEChERS is applied in textile testing, drawn from the national to the textile samples for testing, as do certain statistical risk assessment, detection methods of the research accurate, fast, simple, high-throughput, achieve the same advanced detection methods level. |
