Because of the liposome can improve the disadvantages of some active substances, and itself has many excellent characters, so they are widely used in several of industries.The chloroform was used as solvent, preparation of liposome for encapsulating vitamin E. Extent of encapsulation was taken as evaluation criteria. Via single factor experiments, relatively better conditions were identified. Mass ratio of the ingredients is: m(soybean lecithin):m(vitamin E):m(cholesterol):m(polyvinyl alcohol)=6:3:3:2. Volume ratio of solvents is: v(chloroform):v(water)=1:3. Ultrasonic treatment time is 2 min. At the optimal conditions, the extent of encapsulation achieves 86.8% with particle size of 62.9 nm. Zeta potential is-10 mv. And the shape of the liposome product is round balls. Suitable temperature for storing the liposome product is recommended as 4 oC. The mass fraction of vitamin E is 8.8% in system.The anhydrous ethanol was used as solvent, preparation of liposome for encapsulating vitamin E. The conclusion: the stability of good heat resistance and cold resistantce, the good centrifugal stability. The moisturizer has fine luster. The moisturizing lotion is milk-white. Applying in skin, it make skin well and absorb easily, it is very good at moisturing.
