Correlativity between 9 electrical parameters, such as complex impedance(Z), parallel equivalent capacitance(Cp)and loss tangent(tan δ), relative dielectric constant(ε’), dielectric loss(ε "), equivalent inductance(Lp) in parallel, series of equivalent capacitance(Cs), reactance sodium (X)and electric sodium(B), and 10 physiological parameters, such as moisture content, titratable acid(TA), total soluble solids (TSS), weightlessness rate, MDA content, respiratory intensity, ethylene release rate, CAT activity, POD activity and SOD activity of Ling-wu Long Jujube, was studied in control, injury treated and 1-MCP treated groups respectively within 1 to 4466.8kHz. Characteristic frequency for the nondestructive dielectric testing and sensitive electrical parameters were selected by Principal Component Analysis. The linear model of sensitive electric parameters and physiological parameters was established using regression analysis. The reliability of the model was verified by significant analysis.The results were showed as follows:(1) 1.955kHz (ranking first in ICI) was verified by Principal Component Analysis on postharvest jujube electrical parameters and physical parameters as the characteristic frequency for the nondestructive dielectric testing of long jujube. Correlation analysis showed that ε", tan 8, Cp and Z could be used as the sensitive electrical parameters under characteristic frequency for the nondestructive dielectric testing of long jujube. The established physiological parameter prediction model based on sensitive electrical parameters under characteristic frequency reached extremely significant level(P<0.01).(2) 1.585kHz (ranking first in ICI) was verified by Principal Component Analysis on injury treated jujube electrical parameters and physical parameters as the characteristic frequency for the electrical parameters of injury treated jujube. Correlation analysis showed that, tan δ,ε " ε’Cp Z、Cs and B could be used as the sensitive electrical parameters under characteristic frequency for the electrical parameter testing of injury treated long jujube. The established physiological parameter prediction model based on sensitive electrical parameters under characteristic frequency reached extremely significant level(P<0.01).(3) 3.162kHz (ranking first in ICI) was verified by Principal Component Analysis on 1-MCP treated jujube electrical parameters and physical parameters as the characteristic frequency for the electrical parameters of 1-MCP treated jujube. Correlation analysis showed that,ε’,ε ", and Z could be used as the sensitive electrical parameters under characteristic frequency for the electrical parameter testing of 1-MCP treated long jujube. The established physiological parameter prediction model based on sensitive electrical parameters under characteristic frequency reached extremely significant level(P<0.01).
