The forming process of metal plate parts in the macro dimension, to reduce the friction between the blank and dies by ultrasonic, improve the forming limit of metal plate, has been widely applied. In the micro forming process, forming the application of ultrasound in sheet metal, there are few reports. This thesis is based on the micro forming technology of ultrasonic flexible metal plate punch group invented, carry out performance research of metal sheet ultrasonic mechanics, sheet metal micro forming parameters based on the mechanical properties of the material, to make up for the current shortage of sheet metal ultrasonic mechanical properties data, providing the necessary basis for the ultrasonic micro forming of sheet metal.Based on the conventional tensile test equipment, through design suitable ultrasonic apparatus, and attached it to the T2 copper sheet, in order to achieve the test of mechanical properties of sheet metal under ultrasound. The sheet metal ultrasonic micro-tensile properties tests at this stage it is difficult to find useful information, so the sheet metal ultrasonic tensile-test is faced with many difficulties. This paper aims to solve some problems in the process of ultrasonic drawing of sheet metal, through the tensile test to obtain the unique mechanical properties of sheet metal under ultrasonic vibration. The main work is as follows:1. Choose T2 copper sheet material with thickness of 0.1 mm and 0.05 mm as experimental material. Through annealing with different parameters, get sheet metal materials tested with different grain size and different thickness / grain size ratio.2. According to experimental need and the characteristics of ultrasonic tensile, design tensile specimen of special shape and determine the appropriate size of tensile specimen. In the process of ultrasonic tensile experiment, constantly revise the problems, and obtain the mechanical performance parameters of ultrasonic stretching.3. Firstly, use D1 ultrasonic tooth cleaning machine obtained easily on the market as the ultrasonic generating device. Apply the test specimens to transverse ultrasound. Preliminarily understand problems of sheet metal stretching in the condition of ultrasonic vibration, and observe the effect of ultrasonic vibration on the mechanical properties of the sample material, lay a foundation for the development of special ultrasonic stretching device.4. Develop special longitudinal ultrasonic micro-tensile test device and its matching fixture, and conduct longitudinal ultrasonic micro-tensile test. Observe the effect of longitudinal ultrasound on mechanical properties of the sample material, and compare the similarities and differences that transverse and longitudinal ultrasound has effects on mechanical properties of sheet metal.
