As the strip mining operations, there exists a large number of untreated mined-out area in underground mining, it has become the key constraining factor in the mine safety production. These underground goafs scatter widly with the complex form, and has become the main potential safety problem of mine production, a serious threat to the mine operation safety of personnel and equipment. Therefore, research on security technology is carried out of open-air underground synergetic mining under polymorphism multi mined-out area conditions, such as study on the boundary pillar’s safety thickness. An analysis of mutual stability of open-pit mine and underground mining stripping at the same time,and so on related research. These studies has its important significance to ensure the safety of mining and underground operations, to prevent the collapse and reduce the waste of resources.In this paper, The research object that security technology of open-air underground synergetic mining under polymorphism multi mined-out area conditions in shizhuyuan polymetallic. Focusing on the safety of open-air and underground under polymorphism multi mined-out area conditions to do the specific research and analysis.The main research content is as follows:1ã€Deep understanding of mine geological conditions, including the mine geological conditions, deposit geological conditions and the characteristics of ore-bearing rock. The detailed research and analysis were carried on mining situation and mining technical conditions in Shi Zhu Yuan polymetallic.2ã€According to the polymorphism multi mined-out area and the ore-bearing rock physical and mechanical properties of the isolation layer, the boundary pillar’s safety thickness has been calculated in many theoretical analysis methods. And the results of calculation by function fitting method, the relationship between the span of mined-out areas and the boundary pillar’s safety thickness has been established.3 〠In collecting, sorting, analysis of Shi Zhu Yuan polymetallic subsidence, mined-out area of basic data, 3D geometric models of Shi Zhu Yuan such as surface model,orebody model,tunnel model,open pit limit model, subsidence model and cavity models and so on, were established by applying the 3DMINE software. It can directly reflect that the relationship between the mined-out area spatial and the open pit slope, provide visual basis for follow-up study.4 〠According to the situation of mining, use 3DMINE-MIDAS /GTS-FLAC3 Dcoupling modeling, study conversion method of different geological model, numerical analysis model is established.
