More and more fashion companies all over the world are taking part in the group of MTM fashion manufacturing, with the 3D technology gradually being completed. However, some critical points on body can’t be found and extracted on the ground of the limited coverage of the model in this system. Then, it is the new theme in this field to create a model to describe the points shift due to the changes in body. At present, abundant attentions are concentrated on body classify and amending pattern to cope with this changes. Compared with other lines such as Kinesiology, Skeleton model and 3D simulation, the study on fashion failed to apply this method in an ideal situation. This method may play an important role in enriching the models types with different bodies and in promoting the system of MTM fashion manufacturing.In chapter 1, the background of fashion MTM technology was introduced. The biggest difficulty in this technician is 3D scanner. It is hard to provide precise data when scan the person with special body. Also, lots of information about model of body was studied to solve this problem.In chapter 2, the definition of control points was proposed. They are very important in measurement by people or machine. Also, some points effected by humpback significantly was found, and their prospective position will be studied in chapter 4.In chapter 3, the humpback was seen as a breakthrough to study this theme. Much knowledge about spine was investigated from medicine field, such as factor for generating, classifying, the parameter for estimated and model founded.In chapter 4, an experiment was designed to simulate the profile of humpback person. Much data was collected to analyze and create model to describe the path of critical control points on the surface of body. It is very hard to get many points when people bend over their back slightly. However, analysis regression, origin from these data, were used to estimate the path with all positions.In chapter 5, a way was proposed to test the accuracy of model. It is based on the data from person bending their back in nature situation. Compared with that from model, the conclusion about the accuracy of model can be estimated.In chapter 6, the conclusion about theme was analyzed. The direction for this theme in the future was proposed.
