| As a new gear transmission Face gear transmission is widely used in the field of national defense, traffic and high-end equipment transmission, with the application of face gear in the aerospace field is widely day by day, opposite the gear accuracy requirements are also getting higher and higher. As a final and also is the most important processing program of the gear finish machining, the gear grinding hasimportant significance to the ultimate formation of face gear tooth surface geometry, micro morphology and surface state and the improvement of face gear drive efficiency. This paper was supported by National Natural Science Foundation "multi scale grinding surface of face gear drive based on the use of performance creation research" principle and key technical support, for the butterfly shaped grinding face gear multi axis CNC grinding machine was studied, established comprehensive error model change law of grinder, grinding machine tool error below effect on multi modal error of gear analysis, and experimentalvalidation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking butterfly shaped grinding wheel bevel gear with multi axis CNC grinding machine as the research object, using the theory of multi-body system kinematics analysis was done on the machine tool, combined with the structure characteristics of established grinder to cutter and grinder to topological structure model, the work piece two kinematic chainlower body array, by degrees from table.(2)Using the homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix to making the geometric description and location expression of each typical machine tool, get the coordinate transformation matrix in ideal and actual state of two kinds of typical multi-body system, obtained matrix expression of two kinematic chains under the grinding machine which based on transform relations between typical body and adjacent body and derived the expression of any typical body point are in the base coordinate system.(3)Analysis error sources of the butterfly shaped grinding face gear NC grinding machine, the reasons of the errors of machine translation and rotary axes generated are analyzed focused on the factors affecting the machine tool motion error and thermal error, and made comprehensive analysis on grinding error with the application of linear fitting.(4)Based on the assumption of small error,considering the grinder integrated spatial error(translation error, the rotation error) using Matlab software to simulate and calculate grinder comprehensive error mode and the model is verified.(5)Based on the model of the comprehensive error,simulation analysis of the rule of the sensitive direction of multi-source error impact to grinding geometry,and discuss the effect of basic parameters of different error element opposite gear pitch, pitch, tooth shape etc.and get the change rule of the comprehensive error,using Sigma gear measuring center of tooth profile deviation measurements verify the correctness of the modeling method.(6)Analyzed to the machine tool error measurement in theory, ba-s ed on 9 line method using laser inter ferometer, analyzed the prin-ci ple of translation axis machine tool geometric error measurement anda xis rotation error with the ballbar, the errors of machine translation a xis were measured. |
