| Nowadays, perchlorate contamination’s removal in the water environment has been one of the hotest issues.The most important thing in the removal of the perchlorate is that what can be the better electron donors. Based on the otherer’s studies,we studied that pyrite, Fe0 together with S0 were respectively used as the electron donors for the removal of perchlorate.The main contents and results of this study were as follows.First of all, this study proved that these two groups could be used as electron donors for the removal of perchlorate by some microbials.The pyrite could act as an electron donor in perchlorate treatment only at extrumelly anaerobic condition for the oxidation may be the major reaction when there’s oxygen.The oxidation of the pyrite could cause the decreation of p H which has most important impact on the activities of the microbials. 00Secondly,this study shows that Fe0 and S0 worked not so well when used as electron donors respectively.At the sametime, we found that the hybrid of Fe0 and S0 can be used as electron donors for the sustained microbial degradation of perchlorate.And the best molar ratio of Fe0 and S0 is 3:1.At last,we studied the differences between these bioroenosis by q PCR. The correlation between the change of perchlorate concentration and functional genes which encoded key enzyme during perchlorate reduction as pcr A and cld, denitrification process as Nir S, or total bacteria as 16 S r RNA were assessed at the level of genes to further interpretetion the mechanisms of perchlorate biodegradation. We found that the quantity of the microbials relative to the removal of perchlorate is the key to remove the perchlorate. |
