| In this paper a two-dimensional FGM plate is chose as the model of research, consisted of Ti-6Al-4V ã€Al1100 and2 Zr O,modified mixture model is adopted to predict thermodynamics property parameter of 2D-FGM plate, heat transfer theory and thermal elastic theory are considered, Fortran computer high-level language is adopted to write the program of the finite element method, both the temperature field distributions under different thermal boundary conditions and the thermal stresses field distributions under different thermodynamics boundary conditions are solved respectively, in the two-dimensional Zr O2/ Al 1100/Ti-6Al-4V FGM plate under the first heating boundary condition. Based on the calculation results, this paper analyzed the influence of the temperature field distribution under different thermal boundary conditions, and the thermal stress field distribution under different thermodynamics boundary conditions respectively.The results of temperature field of two-dimensional functionally graded material plate shows as follows:Because the different displacement boundary conditions have no effect on the distribution of temperature field, the difference of the boundary conditions is no longer considered. When only applying temperature load on the upper boundary, although geometry, the initial temperature and external temperature load of plate are symmetrical about x/l=0.5, different thermal conductivity lead to the temperature value on the left is significantly greater than the right in the subdomain. When applying temperature load both on the lower boundary and left and right boundaries, the temperature difference caused by different thermal conductivity is significantly reduced between the left and right sides.The results of thermal stress field of two-dimensional functionally graded material plate shows as follows:Different thermal boundary conditions and different displacement boundary conditions have significantly affects on thermal stress field distribution of 2D-FGM plate. Thermal boundary conditions determine the stress values distribution range of thermal stress field of 2D-FGM plate; displacement boundary conditions determine stress lines’ distribution characteristics of thermal stress field of 2D-FGM plate. The thermal stress σx=0 of three free boundaries,the left and right boundaries under simple supported and the right boundary under one end clamped.The transient thermal stress distribution of rectangular plates under two end clamped and clamped all around have no symmetry, and its variation is same as thermal conductivity.The research results of 2D-FGM plates about the temperature field and the thermal stresses field distributions, which are under different thermal boundary conditions and different displacement boundary conditions, can provide effective and reasonable theoretical basis for functionally graded material mode’s structural design, also includes experimental preparation and practical application. |
