This thesis is based on Chi Yu mine C0202 face as the background. Due to the coal seam occurrence and geological conditions, the return airway of Chi Yu mine C0202 fully mechanized working face need to keep the airway, and has the big groud stress, the roof thickness and some other special geological conditions. Keep the airway, larger section, roof cutting difficult, complex geological conditions is the technical difficulty Chi Yu mine C0202 fully mechanized working face air return way of leaving roadway.In this article, through the deformation of the gatesidc pack of the specific geological conditions of C0202 working face, the deformation of tunnel roof and the numerical simulation of ground pressure and the field observation analysis, put forward several different solutions and measures for the gob-side entry retaining, hoping to study to find a successful experience of filling applicationin the goaf by packing with high-water materials under the different geological conditions at the same time.In C0202 working face in special geological condition this topic put forward four kinds of schemes for. First scheme, in situ along goaf. Second scheme, Semi in situ along goaf. Third scheme, breaking the bottom half in situ along goaf. Fourth Scheme: do not break the bottom of roadway along goaf. The above four kinds of schemes are respectively for numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. Comprehensive analysis, comparison of the scheme of filling body in the vertical and horizontal stress and displacement, the coal wall stress and deformation, and then through the data comparison of each scheme of retaining effect and combined with the practical engineering needs, and ultimately determine the most suitable plan of retained roadway.The results of this research will be largely solved due to working face with high stress, high gas, air return roadway section big special geological conditions result in gob roadway deformation is large, the difficulty in supporting and supporting cost increase problem. Successful application of this technology not only makes the low recovery rate of coal resources of this situation has been improved greatly, while also reducing the amount of tunneling engineering section roadway, tunneling cost, at the same time face replacement problems of tension can be solved.
