Mesoporous materials refer 2-50 nm aperture between a class of porous material with high specific surface area, pore structure and orderly rule, a narrow pore size distribution, pore size continuously adjustable features, making it in many microporous adsorption zeolites difficult to complete the macromolecule separation, particularly catalytic reactions play a role.Firstly, a neutral surfactant P123 as template hydrothermal synthesis of mesoporous silica material SBA-15 and KIT-6, and the samples were X-ray diffraction, nitrogen adsorption-desorption, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy Characterization. Its main feature is a uniform pore size distribution is narrow, more structured pore structure and pore volume is large. SBA-15 in which the specific surface area reaches 769.96 cm2/g, a pore volume of 1.07 cm3/g, a pore size of 6.21 nm. KIT-6 specific surface area reaches 790.24 cm2/g, a pore volume of 1.23 cm3/g, a pore size of 6.62 nm.Finally, mesoporous silica SBA-15 and KIT-6 as silicon source, respectively, with regular pore structure, high specific surface area of the mesoporous Zn2SiO4-10%, Zn2SiO4-20%, Zn2SiO4-30% , Zn2SiO4-40% was prepared by solvent evaporation method and Melting method. And the XRD, SEM, TEM and nitrogen adsorption desorption test. The mass fraction of mesoporous Zn2SiO4-10% specific surface area reaches 330.82cm2/g, the pore volume is 0.59 cm3/g, diameter is 6.07 nm. The mass fraction of mesoporous Zn2SiO4-30% specific surface area reaches 125.36 cm2/g, the pore volume is 0.24 cm3/g, diameter is 4.70 nm.This paper provides a new method for the synthesis of mesoporous silicates-melting method, structural characteristics of the samples prepared show great potential of icn exchange and adsorption.
