| Petroleum energy is needed to support economic development, and most of the world oil resources distribute in offshore seabed or some Gulf countries, so offshore oil transport industry has developed rapidly. Man-made or natural factors may inevitably leadoil leaking while exploiting and transporting, and it may bring huge impacton the ecologyand society. The harm caused by oil leaking can be minimized as much as possible byefficient andtimelymaritime search and rescue, but the current reality is that the maritime search and rescue capacity can’t deal with the oil spill perfectly, so it is necessary to enhance the flexibilityandthecollaborativeabilityofmaritime search and rescue personnel. The search and rescue exercise will bring a huge waste of resources, and can’t cover all the maritime search and rescue personnel, so it is significant to develop maritime search and rescue simulator, which could take the place of real search and rescue exercise. The forecast and 3D visualization of oil spill are important parts of the search and rescue simulator. There are many researches of oil spill behavior and fate. The paper summarizesthese previous models, simulates andanalyzesthe models by Matlab simulation software firstly, and then constitutes the instantaneous oil spill from motionless leak by the extended modelin two stages. The first stage uses elliptical expansion model and the second uses oil-particle model in the normal distribution. The drift process uses SURF drift model, evaporation and emulsification uses Stiver & Mackay evaporation model and Mackay emulsification model. Finally, the paper manages to realize the 3D visualizationof continuous spill oil from moving leak by multiple iterations of the instantaneous oil spill from motionless leak, based on Open GLprogramming language,OSG scene renderingand GPU three-dimensional rendering programming technology. The forecast and 3D visualization are verified by comparing the trajectory with marine environmental resource management and risk assessment systemwhich are mature, and the research lays the foundation for the development of the oil spill rescue simulator. |
