This paper studies the trend and the behavior of precipitation of three different types of the food wastes from the restaurants of the pasta, hotpot and stir fry by comparing the parameters such as composition, mass ratio, total solid (TS) and volatile solid (VS). After precipitating, the TS and the VS for the three layers of the suspension, the middle and the sedimentary was as follows:TS content of the pasta waste was 28.30%,11.24% and 30.15%, and VS content about that was 93.14%, 88.87% and 93.10%, respectively; TS content of the stir fry waste was 35.15%,8.09% and 34.04%, and VS content about that was 95.04%,87.66% and 91.30%, respectively; TS content of the hotpot waste was 38.83%,21.33% and 34.72% and VS content about that was 94.69%,90.52% and 91.73%, respectively. Comparing the maximum VS of the same layer of the three types of the food waste shows was stir fry waste of the suspension layer, the hotpot waste of the middle layer and pasta waste of the sedimentary layer.Comparing TS content of three layers of the same type of the food wastes shows as follows:the hotpot waste about that was the almost same thing, therefore its capability of precipitation was poorer because of the higher content of the fat. And there was a contrary about that for the stir fry waste, so that the capability of precipitation of the one was the best. The test was also with after the 24 hours’settlement of the pasta waste and the stir fry waste as the research object of the anaerobic fermentation by comparing their PH, VFA, ammonia and the gas production in anaerobic fermentation process to further illustrate the different biodegradation and recovery efficiency of layered material. The result showed that the decline of VFA and the trend of the gas production occur properly without acid suppression pHenomenon in the whole anaerobic fermentation process under the load about the 0.5 g·Vs((L·30d)) 2.The maximum of ammonia concentration was about 579.88 mg/L. The gas production of the layer f the suspension and sedimentary for the pasta waste and the stir fry in waste was 6221 and 5485,7226 and 5382, respectively. And the biodegradation rate of VS about that was 88.89%,88.06%,0.55%,86.08%, respectively. Without the addition of nutrients and other pretreatment agent, the utilization rate of biomass of the suspension layer for the stir fry waste was the highest.
