| The study designed a new net type floating bed according to the characteristics of stoloniferous plant, use 3 stoloniferous clonal plants Myriophyllum aquaticum, Alternanthera philoxeroides, Ipomoea aquatica as test plants, research the Impacts of 3 stoloniferous clonal plants fragments cutting to their growth and reproduction, to explore the effective reproductive mode of the stolon clonal plant, to provide the seedling guarantee for the following floating bed experiment. And then according to the study of the net type floating bed nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency to eutrophication water body growing this 3 stoloniferous clonal plants, and the growth status comparison of they are planted in the net type floating bed and traditional floating bed, to verify the conjecture that the net type floating bed is suitable for stolon plant.1. The Impacts of 3 stoloniferous clonal plants fragments cutting to their growth and reproduction.The effects under upward cutting, downward cutting, horizontal placing three cutting ways on stoloniferous clonal plants growth, reproduction characteristics were investigated in Myriophyllum aquaticum, Alternanthera philoxeroides, Ipomoea aquatica, to provide reference for further development of cuttage techniques and clonal plant growth and reproduction research. The results show that reverse cuttage of the three plants can promote stoloniferous clonal plant clonal ramets generated in advance, but not adversely affect their growth and reproduction. Even reverse cuttage will give them superior characteristics to normal cuttage.2. Floating bed designing for ground stolon aquatic plants and its actual effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal on eutrophic water.Using division propagation to obtain Alternanthera philoxeroides, Myriophyllum aquaticum, Ipomoea aquatica seedlings. All seedlings carried by new net type floating bed designed by the unique feature of ground stolon aquatic plants, placed in 400 litres plastic tanks to explore the actual effect of ground stolon aquatic plants nitrogen and phosphorus removal on eutrophic water under the condition of floating. The results showed that three ground stolon aquatic plants grew well in the net type floating bed. The purification ability of Alternanthera philoxeroides on nitrogen is 0.6430~1.5633 mg· g-1 · d-1,on phosphorus is 0.0127~0.1420 mg · g-1 · d-1; Myriophyllum aquaticum on nitrogen is 1.4750~4.3185 mg·g-1 · d-1, on phosphorus is 0.0703~ 0.2500 mg ·g-1 ·d-1; Ipomoea aquatica on nitrogen is 3.1145~4.5050 mg·g-1 ·d-1, on phosphorus is 0.1790~0.3725 mg · g-1 · d-1. The purification abilities of the three plants for eutrophic water in net type floating bed were significantly higher than the similar experiments’ results in the traditional floating bed. In a conclusion, the net type floating bed can discover the purification potential of ground stolon aquatic plants to eutrophic waters, considered better than traditional floating bed for the ground stolon aquatic plants.3. Growth comparison of test plants on net type floating bed and traditional floating bed.Culturing uniform growth experiment seedlings with asexual reproduction in the same circumstances, and respectively is planted on the net type floating bed and traditional floating bed.Two months later, through 6 growth index of the plants:final height, total biomass, clonal ramet number, biomass of clonal ramet, biomass of root, biomass of stem and leaf to compare their growth status in two kinds of different floating bed. The results showed that:most of the growth indexs of plants cultived in the net type floating bed significantly higher than plants cultived in the traditional floating bed, especially hollow stalk plants Ipomoea aquatica and Alternanthera philoxeroides.To sum up, the research results show that stoloniferous clonal plants can reverse cuttage, the net type floating bed is suitable for the ground stolons aquatic plants, and it can explores the ground stolons aquatic plants purification potential to eutrophic water. The net type floating bed is more suitable for the ground stolons aquatic plants than traditional floating bed, with high value of popularization and application. |
