| Security has been paid more attention by people, but the safety accidents gave us once again sounded the alarm, especially in the industrial domain which have many potential dangers and risks. For these dangers and risks, often in the industrial field to take the security system to protect, for the safety protection system itself must meet safety requirements specified in the functional security, with reasonable safety integrity level. European countries also put forward functional safety requirements for products. With China’s accession to WTO in 2003,our country also referred to international standards and introduced the relevant standards on functional safety aspects. And the core of functional safety is the evaluation of safety integrity level.This paper studies the functional safety integrity level assessment method based on MARKOV, introduces the standard of the evaluation method. In the E/E/PE control system, the difference and connection about the evaluation methods of MARKOV model and FMEDA method is introduced.To illustrate the problem better, taking a explosion-proof safety isolation gate as an example, and creatively a new strategy was put forward about the function of safety integrity level evaluation method:FMEDA-MARKOV method. In order to solve the shortcomings of the MARKOV model’s complex, the MARKOV calculation software about safety integrity level was be developed based on MATLAB’s GUI. Considering the need about the safety integrity level evaluation model based on MARKOV, the steady state probability of MARKOV modeling was discussed in the repair state. |
