Now, with the rapid development of society, the rapid increase of the amount of special equipment and the use of the range is becoming more and more extensive. Which the pressure special equipment is accounted for forty percent of the total, a huge number of pressure special equipment. because of the bearing in pressure special equipment is the high-pressure fluid and prone to leakage and other accidents,so potentially dangerous in the course of using, prone to leakage, fire and other major disaster.The emergency drills of pressure special equipment can improve the handling ability of the special equipment personnel,so as to reduce or even avoid the loss caused by the disaster caused by the pressure special equipment.With virtual visualization technology development, the application of virtual simulation and drilling technology for pressure special equipment is more and more widely, this paper mainly develops a virtual simulation emergency drilling system for pressure special equipment, provide immersive virtual environment for emergency drills for special equipment personnel.and the simulation of fluid behavior in the pipe under different shapes of the pressure special equipment is emphatically solved, small hole leakage, Simulation of external fluid behavior of pipe mouth, the logic control technology in the 3D simulation system is studied, the contents of the research are as follows:Firstly, the fluid behavior simulation of the pressure special equipment under the different pipe is studied. Mainly include:equal diameter pipe, diameter suddenly expanded of pipe, curved pipe, ring shape of pipe, fluid behavior simulation of these pipes. Simulation of the fluid flow behavior in the pipe and the dynamic method of particles, and use the tree search algorithm for optimization processing. Comparison with grid based simulation method, this method has the performance of stability, high search efficiency, large range of use and high accuracy of simulation. Basically meet user simulation needs.Secondly, the simulation of the fluid behavior of the pipe outside the hole leakage and the pipe mouth is studied, the simulation results were obtained and the contents of the simulation were enriched.Then, the design of logic control technology in 3D simulation system. In order to reasonably deal with the relationship between events and states in simulation, the logic control principle of Unity is analyzed, for pressure vessel simulation exercise system case, the logical relationship between the steps and the operation of the design simulation, the logic control of the simulation is realized with the script and the components.Lastly, the design of the special equipment simulation system is realized by Studio2010 Visual. Including the design of the system interface, the structure and function visualization of the system,the realization of the function of web based knowledge leaning.And the transparency of the model in the scene is controlled by shader material technology, and Through the simulation scene, the multi virtual camera realizes the scene of the small window.
