The casing deformation and damage caused by external force, high temperature chemical corrosion and other factors can directly affect the working life and water injection of oil-water field well. It also can affect the oil and gas field production. The casing damage has become an inevitable phenomenon with the deeping of oilfield development. Therefore, a timely and accurately detection of casing damage status, locations and types before the failure of casing can provide accurate basis for analysis of damage mechanism, casing damage prediction and mining scheme adjustment, which can effectively protect water well casing, prevent the casing damage and can recover production capacity of wells promptly, and prevent all kinds of oil well production accidents as well. At the same time, it is also an effective way to reduce the costs of oil and gas exploration and development and plays an important role in stable production and development of oilfield. So it is of great importance to study dynamical analysis technology for casing corrosion.Based on the field distribution specific scanning method theory, this article uses the four electrode method to measure the pressure drop of casing by loading excitation current on the sleeve in order to analysis the corrosion. This study discussed the relationship between casing resistance transformation and casing corrosion, fault and fracture and so on by using the finite element analysis software COMSOL.On the basis of ideal model simulation, casing damage mode is established, and experimental data is measured and transmitted to the PC by the USB interface, validation work distribution method can detect the casing corrosion types, so as to achieve the purpose of detecting casing damage. In the view of the above situation, it can be seen that the research can test whether the blind hole arm is uniform and whether have trachoma to calibrate, which promote the development of casing detection technology, and has a significant and practical value.
