The application of digital pumping unit is the effective method to realize efficient production.Signal source on digital pumping unit simulation platform is designed for the the convenience of research, development and debugging of the current digital pumping unit. The design of the signal source on digital pumping unit simulation platform mainly includes the construction of digital pumping unit simulation platform, the design and debugging of signal source. The design of the signal source includes hardware design and software design, digital signals and analog signals are contained in the produced simulation signal. The hardware design of digital signal simulation system uses CPLD technology and selects MAX3000 A series chip produced by Altera company. The software design realizes the start-stop control, speed adjustment and balance adjustment of pumping unit by Verilog hardware language "in system programming". The design of the analog signal system uses ARM technology, and the main controller chooses ARM7 series, followed by the design of the reset circuit, interface circuit, RS232 serial communication circuit, RS485 communication interface circuit Software section generates frequency, current, load and other data through simulation. It completes the signal simulation by uploading the analysis results to the controller.Compared with the simulated data and actual production data, the digital pumping unit simulation platform can generate parameters needed for digital pumping unit production. It can reflect the actual situation of oilfield production, and make the research and debugging of digital pumping unit in laboratory possible. |
