With the increasing of environmental protection and energy saving requirements, motor light oil is mainly manifested on the lead-free.low sulfur and sulfur free Jow aromaticsjow olefin and high octane number etc. Thiol etherification process can meet the requirements of the new environment.at the same time, modest increase the light part of the octane number of light oi Lgasoline fractions and octane number have a reasonable distribution,so as to improve engine startup performance, therefore, thiol etherification is one of the main process of producing high octane number and low sulfur clean gasoline component.This paper,on the basis of the synthesis of new type mesoporous alumina catalyst, investigated thiol etherification reaction performance of the Ni2P/y-Al:03 and Mo-Ni2P/Y-AI:03 catalyst.This paper researched the synthesis of mesoporous alumina under hydrothermal conditions,which using the inorganic aluminum sources as raw material the urea-treated inorganic aluminum sources as main of the alumina source.And it characterized by XRD?BET?SEM?NH3-TPD,TG and so on.Experiments show that the best conditions of synthesis mesoporous alumina catalyst is:Under a certain amount of urea solution concentration?80?C bath of inorganic aluminum sources treatment for 3hr In the synthesis process, the amount of template used for 0.4m L, the p H of gelatum adjustment as weak alkaline.the dynamic crystallize at the temperature of 160°C for 72 h.Characterization results show that the synthesis of mesoporous alumina catalyst samples have mesoporous dual pore structures and some regulanthe sample specific surface area of 327.1nr/g?pore volume is 0.42cm3/g?and average pore size has reached 5.01nm;The mesoporous alumina sample in muffle furnace at 950?C roasting 4h or 48 h in boiling water treatment still has the characteristics of mesoporous structure diffraction peakjllustrated it has good thermal and hydrothermal stability.By using modified Ni2P/y-Al:03 and Mo-Nh P/y-Ah Os as catalyst, investigated thiol etherification reaction performance of the mesoporous alumina catalyst with hydrogen conditions on fixed-bed reactor.Experimental results indicated that, when the Ni2P/y-Ab03 catalyst Ni O loading was 15wt%, and its nickel phosphorus ratio was 0.5,the reaction temperature was 80℃,a pressure of 2.0MPa,and simulation of gasoline feed rate of 10 m L/h conditions,the mercaptan removal rate of two kinds catalysts all can achieve 98%, but the olefin retention rate of Ni2P/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was 76.52%,while Mo-Ni2P/γ-Al2O3 catalyst in the same conditions are olefin selectivity is 29.11% that of the modified catalyst thiol etherification performance was improved.
