As the development of the economic, more and more attention are paid on the environment protect. Our government has set the law for the emission of NOx. A much more efficient, reliable and economic technology is extremely urgent. SCR turn out to be the first choice.In this paper, according to a certain power plant SCR denitration device, a three-dimensional model is established with a ratio of 1:1, then make some CFD simulation after meshing.By analyzing the result of speed relative standard deviation, the max flue gas incident angle, the temperature of maximum absolute deviation, the molar ratio of Nh3/NO, pressure loss of the system,we try to find the regulation and character of the guide plates, AIG, Static Mixers, rectifier and different project.It also briefly introduce the PIV experimental research and the make of animation. Here are the conclusions: It is necessary to set the guide plates at the entrance for well distributed flue gas; Guide plates should also be set at the appropriate places of the reducer in order to prevent the flue gas flow to one side; The flue guide plate and the shape of the flue pipe near the reactor obviously affect the simulation results; the little pipe installed on the top of the reactor can improve air distribution. By compare the result of the mix of NH3/NOx, 22.08m/s can be the best Speed of spraying ammonia. The working condition of the SCR denitration system should not under the 50% of the rated condition. By analyze the research of PIV and animation, we find the PIV is quite concise to show the airdistribution of 2D but the animation can show the air distribution of the total model By doing the research of design and numerical simulation for SCR denitration system and the PIV experimental can help to develop a system theory of SCR denitration system and form a newly Chinese meathod.
