Food safety spectrometer is a kind of food safety testing instruments, by measuring the characteristic wavelengths of light through the changes of the light energy of the sample solution under test values, by measuring the sample density, thus the excessive chemical substance content is calculated. Compared with the traditional artificial biological experimental test method of food safety testing instrument has the characteristics of rapid, accurate and efficient. It is widely used in supermarket, school canteen.That food used as big circulation, also by food supervision department as an important law enforcement of food safety testing tools.This article compares the LED test and full spectrum method and the advantages and disadvantages, the difference between traditional and analyzes its shortcomings and then puts forward the optimization scheme. This topic is committed to solve the problem of LED type detector to detect the wavelength number limited and full spectrum detector of wavelength scanning mechanism, mechanical structure complex difficult to debug and maintain. This topic use ILX554 B linear array sensor and digital signal processing chip professional STM32F415,the two major component design CCD integrated circuit module as the signal processing module of light(Under a machine),to collect the sample characteristics of the wavelength of signal energy, combined with the ARM platform will test data saved to the memory and through the human-computer interaction interface for instrument operation.This paper first in food safety detection principle of spectrometer and ILX554 B linear array of sensors in this article, the author describes the working principle of them,then around the instrument under a machine part and upper machine part two modules respectively introduced in detail.Lower machine part includes hardware circuit design and software programming. Hardware: all CCD spectral acquisition module circuit is designed. Including: minimum system circuit, IXL554 B data acquisition circuit, level conversion circuit, power supply circuit, signal amplification circuit, program writing interface circuit. Software: the STM32 firmware interface function provided by the use manual to configuration of STM32 chip, the upper function is written by herself and implementation. Including: the STM32 port configuration function, data send/receive function, interrupt function, data noise functions, data uploading and so on.Upper machine part, relying on sunplus S5PV210 hardware development platform, to build software environment and the upper software design. Software platform to build part includes: the Bootloader, kernel, yaffs2, QT- Embedded, SQLite. Application software design part includes: The human-computer interaction interface using Qt programming, interface design, Qt function call/multi-parameter detection of pesticide residues, serial data transceiver design function design.Under a machine part of the received signal is the noise reduction processing,in addition to the most of the noise of signal interference. Through contrast test and analysis of measured results, draw the conclusion: signal enhanced anti-jamming capability, stability, speed measurement results are obviously improved. At the same time achieve the full spectrum measurement, do not need to mechanical debugging, accuracy is not affected, the purpose of easy operation, make up for the deficiency of the above two kinds of testing instruments.
