| With the advent of the internal combustion engine and the development of modern industry the demand for petroleum and its products of human grows rapidly, Oil plays an increasingly important role in modern society. The main mechanical in oil exploitation is pumping, Its conditions affects oil production directly. An important basis for judging pumping working conditions is pumping load and displacement data monitoring. Existing measurement methods have some shortcomings more or less, Thereby improving pumping load and displacement measurement methods has an significant role in increasing oil production and founding the problem in the operation of pumping unit.A new Pumping load and displacement collection system is presented in this paper. This system consists of Load and displacement transmitters, Handheld devices and Data transmission unit (DTU).The Oil Pumping data which is collected by the Load and displacement transmitters is transferred to the host computer by the DTU. Handheld devices can be used to configure the transmitter. Considering the computing performance and low power needs, this paper select MSP430 microcontroller chip as the MCU. Signal processing, data storage, solar charging and other modules are designed into the circuit. System software has been developed by C language in the IAR environment through a modular thinking.Through the field tests the data collected by the system designed by this paper can proved to be an real-time and accurate data. This system has a high practical value and broad application prospects. |
