As the rapid development of automobile industry in recent years, the demand of crankshaft increases, as a manufacturing power, crankshaft machine market in China has great demand. Machining crankshaft is a very complicated process, this paper selects the first application of crankshaft machining processes of machine tools--milling face and drilling center hole machines, as the research object, to have a profound analysis of the method of precision inspection machine and the rationality of given tolerance.Based on the shaft parts(especially the crankshaft) process analysis, the paper determines the overall structure scheme of the machine tool and show the main components of the machine, through the understanding of the machine tool structure and similar machine analogy analysis determine milling face and drilling center hole machines of the geometric precision of machine tool inspection items. The paper selected guideway precision, rotary precision of spindle and machine tool positioning accuracy which have great influence of the machine tool for theoretical analysis. This paper also illustrates the testing process of other geometric accuracy and working precision, finally the precision test of the method and basis of the value is given; Chapter Ⅳ focuses on geometric precision verification test methods and data processing, and demonstrates the rationality of machine testing methods and assessment indicators. Due to the current application are all CNC, when revised standard, we should focus on detecting positioning accuracy. This paper discusses the factors that affect the final positioning accuracy of machine tools and methods to improve the precision. At the end of the paper, shows the process of formulating geometric accuracy standard and some related work.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical and technical support for the formulation of geometric accuracy testing standard of machine tool. This standard is not only the basic basis and production guidelines of designing & manufacturing and quality testing for milling face and drilling center hole machines industry, but also the reference for the shaft (especially the crankshaft) enterprise when purchase and accept the machine.This restrain the machine manufacturers, while can ensure fundamental interests of users.
