Nowadays, the controllable preparation and application of nanometer has been research emphasis among the field of nanometer materials. And by the preparation technology which is reasonable and adjustable, we can gain the nanometer material whatever we need. For instance, the morphology whatever we need, the ingredient whatever we need, the construction whatever we want and the magnetic property whatever we require. In this work, We reported properties of La-Fe nanotube arrays under different applied deposition potential in an aqueous solution were synthesized into AAO template by potentiostatic electrodeposition and characterized via SEM、 EDS、TEM、XRD and VSM.As a result, we found that,The effective length of annotates increased first and then decreased with decreasing potential from-1.05V to -1.3V. La/Fe atomic weight ratio increased relatively. The samples didn’t have preferred growth orientation owing to their amorphous structure. With decrease of potential, magnetic anisotropy of samples in parallel and perpendicular to annotate axis gradually weakened, saturation magnetization gradually decreased. The samples were more and more difficult to be magnetized.Comparing with commercial alumina templates, La-Fe nanotube got from Self-made alumina templates has an effect on dealing with connection phenomenon between single nanotube. By means of adjusting trepanning and bearizing time, the bore diameter of alumina templates can be more flexible and optional. Finally, we have a brief statement on the process and growth mechanism of alumina template prepared by two oxidation method.
