Sulfonic acid as acid representative, is a kind of acid catalysts used, can take part in the oxidation-reduction reaction, polymerization reaction, addition reaction ect. Because the sulfonic acid is widely used, the pollution is serious. It is necessary to study a new type of sulfonic acid.In recent years, magnetic nano materials become a hot spot in the field of chemistry, people pay more and more attention. They are an insoluble carrier, has the advantages of small particles, large specific surface area, surface with modified group etc. There are many kinds of nano magnetic materials, cobalt ferrite(Co Fe2O4) is an ideal magnetic nano material carrier, it has better chemical stability, the advantages of cheap, easy to get, low toxicity, strong magnetism etc.In this paper, sulfonic acid and magnetic nano material cobalt ferrite(Co Fe2O4) were used to prepared an efficient circulation of cobalt ferrite chitosan sulfonate(Co Fe2O4@Cs-SO3H) magnetic nano catalyst. The catalysts were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) characterization. In solvent free conditions, phthalazine derivatives was quickly synthetised by the reaction of hydrazine hydrate, phthalic anhydride, aldehyde and diketone in the catalyst. After the completion of the reaction, the catalyst is separated from the crude product by the use of an external magnet, avoiding the tedious steps of traditional centrifugal and filtration. The catalyst was reused for many times, and without loss of activity.Amide derivatives has important significance on the synthesis of various kinds of medicine as an important material. We also prepared the efficient and cyclicload magnetic nanometer material of cobalt ferrite sulfonic acid(Co Fe2O4@Si O2-DASA). The catalysts were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) characterization. It have shown that amide derivatives were synthesized by the alcohol and the nitrile in the solvent free. The magnetic nanocatalyst could be readily recovered by applying anexternal magnet and recycled several times without considerable loss of its catalytic activity.Quinazoline derivatives are a very important class of organic compounds, they are the building blocks of many natural alkaloids. In recent years, they got more attention by chemical pharmacist due to their immense biological activity and drug activity. Cobalt ferrite boric acid(Co Fe2O4@Si O2-SBSAN) were prepared and analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) characterization. Studies have shown that quinazoline derivative were synthesiaed by isatin, 2-amino-benzophenone and ammonium oxalate for three-component one-pot reaction in the ethanol as a solvent. The catalyst was easily recovered by separation with magnets and recycled. |
