Reuse of wastewater has become a crucial issue as available water resources is limited. Automobile as a modern means of transportation, the development of the automotive industry is undoubtedly continues. As a huge water consumer, automotive industry would save lots of water given an advanced wastewater treatment. Both low and high water requirements can be met separately in this way.In many automotive corporations today, double-membrane procedure employed to desalt. Nowadays combination of reverse osmosis with other membrane processes is employed to desalt in many automotive corporations, which is called double-membrane procedure.Automobile wastewater containing the first kind of pollutants such as Pb and Ni.The content of CODCr is high enough that must be handled properly so that they wouldn’t cause a serious environmental problem. Use the double-membrane procedure of ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis to process the wastewater of automotive industry through the analysis of multiple indicators. The main results are:1.The experience of virtual waste water containing Ni, Pb, Zn was processed by Hydranauticsmembranes and domestic membranes in the lab.Study on the parameters and the removal efficiency shows that the be when the temperature was around 25℃ and pH was 6-7,the comprehensive removing rates of Ni, Zn, Pb was highest. The average removal rates of Ni, Zn, PbbyHydranauticsmembranes was99.99%.96.02%.99.96%. The average removal rates of Ni, Zn, Pb bydomestic membranes was99.99%.96.17%.99.96%. The experience results shows a very similar treatment efficiency of the heavy metal.2.The device processed the actual sewage which took from the automobile enterprise, The content data of temperature, pH, turbidity,COD, NH3-N, Ni, Zn are recorded. The average removal rates of turbidity,COD, NH3-N, Ni, Zn are 97.6%、93.33%、62.08%、 99.34%.96.94%. Then compare the test result to the related standard andseveral indicators are up to the standard.3.Theeconomic benefits are analysis combined with the cost of the two sets of double membrane device. Due to the selling price of domestic membranes is way lower than the Hydranauticsmembranes, the cost of domestic membrane device has higher economic benefits.
