Precision plastic products use more and more widely in the electronics, medical, automotive and other industrial applications. Develop domestic injection molding machine controller and advanced control methods, achieve precision injection molding, will help improve the level of injection molding machine control technology and make domestic injection molding machine more competitive in the interna tional market.Based on advanced Control and Modeling Laboratory cooperate with Guangdong Zheng Mao company developing injection molding machine controller project, It require the injection molding machine controller can achieve precise control of multiple parameters such as temperature, pressure, velocity, etc.to this end, select the temperature control as the study points and Zheng Mao company developed two direct compression plate precision injection molding machine as control target, research the injection molding machine temperature control system algorithm and improve the accuracy of the temperature control of injection molding machines.
