In the economic development in the world today, as the global energy situation in constant tension, energy saving has risen to the height of the national strategy.Issued by the state council on "twelfth five-year" energy conservation and emissions reduction scheme for comprehensive notice,increased regulation of energy-using units,strengthen the responsibility of energy conservation and emissions reduction target.As the world’s energy situation increasingly tense and the strength of the enlargement of the national energy conservation and emissions reduction,many large energy-using units still in energy management and optimization has a considerable gap,lacking of truly effective measures to carry out the system energy consumption regulation,failure to carry out energy monitoring, process optimization and other energy technology nnovation and improvement.Therefore,the energy management system for energy-using units can improve the use efficiency, reduce the production cost has a great value and significance.In recent years, sugar mill in our country through improving technology level and the introduction of advanced equipment,in the aspect of energy consumption have significantly lower than before,but still far behind the international advanced level,so the sugar industry in our country has great potential for energy saving can be mining.aAssessment of sugar production and energy efficiency of the process is the basis for the development of energy-saving technology,scientifically correct, comprehensive and feasible evaluation results can explain the reasons for the energy loss,can provide the right ideas and the scientific basis for the energy saving potential mining.In this paper, through analysis of a sugar mill energy consumption situation in guangzhou,developed sugar mill energy management system,with advanced energy management system concept,change its traditional basis of extensive scientific production management,completed the sugar and real-time monitoring of energy consumption data management and analysis system.Through this energy management system,improve the level of the sugar mill energy management, reduce the energy waste and save the human, bring a good income.The last, due to the current low level of most of the domestic sugar boiled sugar station automation,basically with the naked eye and manual-based.Therefore, the plant can not be large-scale automated production,the size and product quality can not compete with foreign.To achieve boiling sugar section automated production target,combine advanced artificial intelligence algorithms with traditional control methods,then analyzed influencing factors of the process of boiling sugar,using neural network theory,designed the overall scheme on the control of boiling sugar.
