| China is a production and consumption country for leather products. Leather processing industry is not only a major part of the industry,but also a pillar industry of China’s light industry. The development of the leather industry has promoted the improvement of the world’s leather quality and flourish the leather products market. Our domestic leather industry started later than other coutnry in technology and experience. From the late 1960s, some of industrialized countries, likes the United Statesã€France〠Germanyã€Canada and Japan, have begun NC technology application with leather processing industry, garment processing, textile industry and other light industry.To the beginning of this century, other countries have developed a series of high CNC cutting systems for clothing, leather products. So far, there are no high-end CNC cutting systems like other countries, and the technology of large-scale leather cutting CNC cutting machine in China.Therefore, based on the domestic level of industrialization, in order to improve the international competitiveness of China’s CNC cutting areas, and the technological value-added products to enhance the technical level of China’s cutting automation equipment, this project proposes a design methods about a dual-core processor based OMAPL138 Embedded Motion Controller. This cutting system, based on heterogeneous dual-core architecture:with the use of ARM core implementation HMI, NC code compiler, and other functions;the use of DSP core motion control planning and interpolation,;the use of FPGA as a motion controller. This paper studies designed for multi-axis servo motion controller based on FPGA, the main contents include:The first chapter combine with current research of CNC cutting systems and AC motion controller, analyzes the importance of independent research and development of CNC cutting systems,and presents the main contents of this article.The second chapter describes the design method based on OMAP-L138 dual-core processor embedded motion controller,introduces overall design of CNC cutting system, and its’hardware and software control system.The third chapter design the data communications between OMAP-L138 DSP and FPGA FIFO through EMIFA, and Achieves High-speed bus communication OMAP-L138 core board and FPGA core boardThe fourth chapter describes the main functional structure of FPGA-based multi-axis servo motion controller includes digital/pulse converter module,I/O control module detection, limit detection latch module, a flat compensation detection module.The fifth chapter describes the encoders simple classification and how it works, focuses on the fourth harmonic phase encoder interface circuit design principle and structure and function module design.The sixth chapter according to the overall structure and process of CNC leather cutting machine,test the cutting precision.. |
