Electric energy is indispensable to modern society, and the electricity production, transmission cannot be made without the use of generators, motors, transformers, electric power, electrical equipment and electrical components such as to use electromagnetism principle to realize mechanical energy to electrical energy in brick.The electromagnet is an essential part of heart, thus making the development of soft magnetic electrician silicon steel core and power consumption is closely related to electric power, electrical industry.Silicon steel is a typical electrical steel materials, refers to the silicon content in ferrosilicon alloy,0.5% to 4.5% of the polar carbon with different structure and uses are divided into oriented silicon steel and non oriented silicon steel.Oriented silicon steel has stronger directivity than no-oriented silicon steel, and the preferred direction has higher magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics.With the development of the electrical and telecommunications industry, the precision sheet metal slitting and processing to made the metal coil longitudinal cutting into the required width of the strip is the basis of the production of precision metal products. In this paper, in the view of the oriented silicon steel and non-oriented silicon steel disc slitting process,it has been carried out a research into the following several aspects:(1) in the view of the oriented silicon steel thickness of 0.3 mm, by slitting and processing parameters of experiments, research under no axial gap and radial gap, slitting quality statistical collapse Angle, shear zone, fault zone and regional characteristics of the burr.(2) the thickness of 0.23 mm,0.27 mm,0.3 mm,0.35 mm,0.5 mm five kinds of thickness of section, compared the various cross section quality, and the thickness of 0.3 mm silicon steel section of pit has carried on the preliminary analysis.(3) by the analysis for the micro-structure of the five kinds of thickness, and combining the DEFORM-2 D simulation and tensile experiment,it has been put forward the relationship between the machining gap and material of the average grain size model.It has been Setted different parameters combination in a factory environment of oriented silicon steel cutting and processing experiment, the research is mainly focused on the influence of the axial clearance of points cut, also considering the radial clearance on the role of the cutting process, in the section of the disc shear stability cutting phase measurement on the uniformly distributed along the circumference of the six points of four characteristics of the regional average height (width), to seek the optimum parameters of the points on the surface of the cut off.Aiming at the thickness of 0.3 mm oriented silicon steel microstructure in slitting surface, it is found the section belong to cleavage fracture mode, crack along the grid work through grain, grain in forcing the extrusion of material slitting process radically tear, made of silicon steel section is very uneven.And the thickness of other non-oriented silicon steel microstructure have been compared it is found that the plate thickness difference is due to the average grain size of different decision, so the fracture mode is not the same in processing conditions.Thereore,it is put forward the new machining gap, the relationship between grain size and material model, and it has been verified on the other,material of cross section.Finally, the section of oriented silicon steel is studied in particular Nick phenomenon, with the aid of SEM fracture element energy spectrum analysis, found that Nick is a result of hard phase in a relatively soft plate slip cause hardness, and the cutting tool on the surface of the rough peak form embedded with each other, cause furrow role.So keep sharp tool cutting edge is very important.
