In the petrochemical industry production, there are a lot of toxic and harmful gases which will cause serious environmental pollution directly discharged and destroy the ecological balance. If using incineration technology, it is the most effective treatment that becoming the waste gases into harmless substances.In Yanan petrochemical plant, 4000 tons of sulfur recovery unit using LO-CAT oxidation technology will release the H:S not more than l Oppm after the reaction. This paper mainly studies the structure and principle of the system and analyzes the factors influencing the combustion of exhaust gas. By improving the combustion quality method, and setting the PID parameters, it realizes optimal way that control effect of incineration temperature and liquid level in the steam drum. Focuing on the equipment configuration and system structure based on the DCS control system,remote control and centralized management are completed by using PC machine with Windows XP system throughThis paper discusses in detail hardware configuration and software configuration based on the Yokogawa CS3000 system. Including: HIS(station)system configuration, the data exchange of controller operation and monitoring alarm; FCS configuration, analog control digital operation, logic operation, sequence control, real-time control and the intelligent I/O technology; Vnet/ IP network structure and communication system; configuration of HIS andBecause this topic using chemical analysis and the actual gas composition parameters, the method of combining the ratio of two exhaust gas is more reasonable and burning is more fully; In a sequential automatic ignition process, method of the ignition is simple and reliable; Due to application of PID control method, incinerator run more smoothly.Finally, the burning control system shows high efficiency and superior perfomace in the centralized monitoring and comprehensive management with the control mode of DCS. FCS.
