| The accurate measurement of the water ratio is very important for analyzing characteristics of reservoir The measurement data of the water ratio has guiding significance to following several aspects, such as the inspection of the oil production situation and the adjustment of the mining plan.In order to adapt to the high water ratio of most wells in China, this paper illustrates an online real-time measuring instrument which is base on electromagnetic induction principles. It put forward and designed a method for measuring the water ratio based on electromagnetic induction principle, establishing the related theory model, carrying out theoretical calculation and simulation?and optimizing the structure parameters. According to the theoretical analysis and simulation results, a water ratio measurement system has been established This system contains the sensor?the measurement circuit and the PC software.A large number of laboratory tests were carried out according to different water ratio. The experimental results show that this system which based on the principle of electromagnetic induction is reliable for measuring the water ratio of crude oil in pipeline. Compared with the existing method of measurement, one of the advantage of this system is obvious?which is it can measure the water ratio in real-time without contacting with the crude oil in pipeline. |
