Solved diesel lubrication contained sulfur, nitrogen, chlorine, boron and metal not clean material and so on. satisfied the requirement of diesel lubrication technology indicators,what’s more the lubrication effect is excellent.Through the experiment and the response surface method determined the optimum mole ratio of the reaction is 1.51, catalyst(0.58% oleic acid), water carrying agent(2%), reaction temperature 142.8℃, the reaction time 4.2h, reaction pressure 0.01 MPa, product wash and dry after the reaction, determination the yield above 98%, characterized the products show that lubrication satisfied the requirement of diesel lubrication, and cleaner, of great significance in diesel clean development. |
