With the accelerating pace of China’s industrialization and urbanization, the proportion ofcoal in the energy consumption has been increasing year by year, the pollution of the environmentcaused by coal gas is more and more serious too.The removal mechanism of NO and SO2in coal fired flue gas and the domestic and foreigntechnical survey of the flue gas desulphurization and denitrification were summarized in thisartical. Then, based on dry activite coke desulfurization and denitration research, Try to use filtermaterial load activated coke removal of SO2and NO in simulated flue gas at the same time. Inorder to achieve with the filter material of bag-type dust collector for particulate matter, sulfurintegration and nitrate removal at the same time. The removal of NO and SO2by HBT,P84andAramid fiber three filter load powdered activated coke were studied in the fixed bed experimentalsystem. And consider the factors of reaction temperature, steam volume, volume ratio of oxygenand ammonia ratio in the experimentally of preferably HBT filter load powdered activated cokecombined removal of SO2and NO in simulated flue gas.In the experimental system of fixed bed, firstly,we studied the individual filter fibers andpowdered activated coke removal performance on simulated flue gas SO2and NO; and then, westudied the performance of filter load of powdered activated coke combined removal of SO2andNO; finally, we studied the experimentally factors of preferably HBT filtrer load powderedactivated coke combined desulfurization and denitrification.Research shows that, the adsorption performance of different material and powder active cokeon SO2and NO is a common result of both physical adsorption and chemical adsorption, whendesulfurization in stable period, HBT filter material’s efficiency is22%, P84filter material’sefficiency is19%, Aramid fiber’s efficiency is18%, activated coke’s efficiency is40%; whendenitration in stable period, HBT filter material’s efficiency is8%, P84filter material’s efficiency is8%, Aramid fiber’s efficiency is7%, activated coke’s efficiency is17%. Different filter materialload powdered activated coke combination of desulfurization and denitration’s efficiency are notadding the two separate removal efficiency’s algebraically, It respectively by reaction temperature, water vapor adsorption volume ratio, oxygen volume and ammonia nitrogen. The removalefficiency and the change of the operating parameters showed a linear relationship.Under the experimental conditions, the optimization HBT filter and powdered activatedcoke’s SO2removal efficiency were22%and40%respectively. It is the results of both physicaladsorption and chemical adsorption; At the same time, HBT filter load powdered activated cokeon SO2removal efficiency influenced by the facts of reaction temperature, volume of water vaporand oxygen volume ratio, the best desulfurization efficiency up to87%;when changes the greaterfactor ammonia nitrogen of denitration, HBT filter load of powdered activated coke combinedremoval efficiency is up to27%;As the reaction temperature, water vapor volume ratio andoxygen volume increases, the filter load of activated coke’s desulfurization efficiency droped afterincreased firstly, there is a optimal value, when the reaction temperature is100℃, oxygenvolume ratio and volume ratio of water vapor was8%desulfurization efficiency is the highest, with the increase of ammonia nitrogen ratio, the denitration efficiency is also increased, HBT filterload of powdered activated coke combined denitration efficiency presented positive relationshipwith ammoniain ratio in the experimental conditions.
