The electrospinning technology is the onlymethod that can prepare the nanofibers continuously, and it has got the development of high speed.Electrospinning is generated by high voltage electrostatic field to polymer solution or meltcharged, when electric field overcomes its surface tension and viscous force and the formation ofjet streams, with the solvent volatilization curing of preparation of nano fiber, with simple anddirect, forming an excellent advantages. With the traditional dry wet spinning the biggestdifference is electrostatic spinning by electric field force as the tensile force, electrostatic spinningdevice of the electric field distribution is the important influencing factors of jet formation andtrajectory, and therefore the study on electrospinning is very necessary.In this text, by using COMSOL Multiphysics finite element simulation software for the singleneedle electrostatic spinning device simulates and analyses the electric field and electric potentialdistribution, obtained the single needle electrostatic spinning electric potential and electric fieldintensity distribution. By changing the diameter, spinning voltage, spinning needle length andreceiving distance, it is concluded that the peak electric field intensity and the change of theirrelationship.Through the simulation research of this paper, the following conclusions:Electrostatic spinning of the electric field distribution rule: electric potential and electric fieldintensity vector horizontal axial symmetrical distribution, identical with actual situation, and themaximum field strength was at the entrance of jet pipe, with the increase of jet pipe distanceelectric field strength and electric potential. Peak increases with the increase of voltage andelectric field intensity, and with the diameter, spinning spinning needle decreases with theincreasing of length, receiving distance. Simulation analysis of the electrostatic spinning work based on electric field, thecorresponding experimental design of electrostatic spinning, the spinning voltage and receivingdistance of spinning fiber diameter, the results, fiber increases directly with the increase of thevoltage, with the receiving distance increased decreased and then increases. |
