As increasingly high performance requirements of products for people, micro-processingtechnology and machine are more and more applied in many complex parts processing, such asinertial navigation gyroscope, engine piston, etc. Therefore, micro-processing machinedevelopment and efficient and reliable operation is particularly important. In this paper,micro-processing machine of the research group independent development is as the object,condition monitoring technology and system of micro-processing machine is researched, and someresults are achieved.This article first introduces the structure of micro-processing machine and basic compositionof control system, according to the design requirements of micro-processing machine, hardware ofcondition monitoring system is configuration, including PLC, the machine console, hydraulic andpneumatic components, a hardware foundation is provided for condition monitoring system.Through investigation and research equipment condition monitoring technology, fault treeanalysis is adopted to develop the system, and the condition monitoring process is designed, at thesame time PC software is developed using the.NET and the PLC program is written, technicalsupport for machine integration and debugging is provided. According to the heat and heat transfertheory, heat load parameters of the electric spindle are confirmed, the temperature field simulationof the electric spindle is analyzed, the influence rules of the electric spindle rotational speed andcoolant temperature to the electric spindle are received, the basic data are provided fortemperature control of the electric spindle, using support vector machine can predict the electricspindle temperature, swarm algorithm is adopted to establish the best model parameters, thetemperature prediction model of the electric spindle is established, the realization of the electricspindle temperature real-time control makes a preliminary discussion.
