| With the change of taste in clothes and the development of the fashion, denim has morefrequently occupied T stage with more expression forms found, where the printing denim is aquite dynamic way. Printing denim fabrics available on the market include pigment printingdenim and discharge printing denim, while the reactive printing mentioned in this paper isalso a new post-finishing printing process of denim fabric.The denim fabrics printed with reactive dyes have a soft feel, what’s remarkable is that thereactive printing on denim fabrics has invisibility effects before washing, more obvious withbase color, compared with widely developed widely, discharge printing and laser printing ofdenim, therefore changeable washing styles have provided a new direction for the printingdenim fabric market, which plays an important role in developing new denim fabric market.But as an emerging technology used for denim printing, the reactive printing should bestudied comprehensively, so as to provide perfect technical support for mass production andsales on the market.The paper mainly conducts related study and design on the conventional production methodof cotton denim fabric reactive printing technology and the reactive printing denim fabricwashing technology. The study consists of the following parts:(1) Based on the study results of the elder generations, choosing widely used P-reactivedyes, which are the best in performance, from the existing active dyes, and initially determinethe applicable dye colors among P-reactive dyes, to find the basic conditions for conventionalproduction of reactive printing denim.(2) Due to particularity of the denim fabrics, determining the appropriate dye pastematching under the existing conditions according to the matching experiments of originalordinary reactive printing colors, in order to ensure the integrity of printing chromatographyand color preservation in the subsequent washing process, to make the subsequent denimwashing go smoothly.(3) Employing various mature denim washing ways to conduct garment washingexperiments of reactive printing denim to determine possible ways to wash reactive printingfabrics. (4) Designing different kinds of printing patterns to observe the similarities and differencesin performance between different printing patterns on reactive printing denim fabrics afterwashing.(5) Completing garment fashion designs of reactive printing denim fabrics based on thestudies, and conducting denim garment washing design for the reactive printing denimgarments, to expand more possibilities of the denim.In the study, I choose to use the colors with relatively stable fastness from P-reactive dyesfor matching, maintaining the basic integrity of color chromatography of the reactive printingdenim fabrics after washing; and find the water reagents and ways more suitable for reactiveprinting denim fabric washing among the existing dyes with specific washing designs madefor different pattern and garment washing designs for reactive printing denim fabrics. |
