In recent years, the sludge production of our country has gained rapid increase, butthe treatment is not optimistic. Hydrothermal-anaerobic digestion technology is aneffective way for sludge treatment and disposal. But the filtrate after anaerobic digestionstill needs further processing. This research simulated the sewage treatment plant withthe SBR process, the filtrate in accordance with the actual proportion and domesticsewage into the sewage treatment plant, investigated the effect of treatment effect of thesewage treatment plant. This research designed two different scenarios, In the distributed processingscenarios, the sewage treatment plant only handled their own filtrate (1000:1); In thecentralized scenario, the sewage treatment plant handled all the filtrate of the sewagetreatment plant in the area around (500~200:1). At the same time, this researchinvestigated the effects of the cycle of nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation in thesystem. The experimental results showed that, both in the distributed processing scenariosand the centralized scenario, basic filtrate had no effect on water quality, The COD,ammonia nitrogen, TN, TP, pH and other indicators of the effluent were consistent withthe treatment effect which did not add the filtrate. Simulation calculation of phosphorusshowed cyclic accumulation would soon reach equilibrium. Adding ferric chloridecould effectively remove the TP of the filtrate, leading to thr reduction the equilibriumconcentration. |
