| With a lot of experimental researching and data analyzing in this thesis,the staticcontrol model of converter, in ChengGang100tons converter vanadium steel rollingfactory, is optimized, and the optimal technical operating parameters is determined. Allthese reduce the material consumption and improve the hit rate of end point carbon andtemperature. With Visual Basic6.0and SQLserver2000, the matched data managementsystem is developed at the same time, which realizes the storage, query and statisticanalysis of historical smelting data, provides effective guidance for steelmakingproduction, standardizes the steelmaking operation, and reduces the costs of steelproduction.During the optimization of the static control model of ChengGang100tonsconverter, raw materials management is mainly standardized, so that the content of thechemical composition about all kinds of bulk materials can be recorded accurately. Inaddition, some important preset parameters of the model are determined in theoptimization, as slag iron loss, splashing iron loss, carbon monoxide generation ratio,other heat loss, etc. Because of the system’s optimization the calculation accuracy ofdouble static control system of ChengGang100tons converter vanadium-steel isenhanced, reducing the dosage of lime by4kg/t, reducing oxygen blowing by2m3/t~3m3/t, and the hit ratio of end point carbon and temperature about converter smelting isincreased to more than60%, lowering the after-blowing, cutting slag iron loss andimproving both the alloy yield ratio and quality of molten steel.The data management model is established according to the demand of establishinga database for ChengGang100tons converter vanadium steel rolling factory. The conceptstructure, logical structure and physical structure are designed in detail after a datainformation analysis about various modules of double static control system ofChengGang100tons converter vanadium–steel. Moreover, the corresponding databaseis built with SQLserver2000, completing the data storage and query of convertersteelmaking as well as statistic analysis, and achieving the calculation of raw materialconsumption in a period of time for each team and each converter meanwhile, whichprovides a good basis for internal assessment and benefit evaluation of the enterprise. |
