The test analyzes theclassification filtration efficiency of the same filter material under different stitching process thedifferent diameter particles, and the resistance of the filter material under different wind speed.The results show that the filtration efficiency of same filter material under different process wasfollowed by hot melt suture, bold lines, coarse fine needle thread,and the filtration efficiency offilter material in hot melt under the stitching process is higher to1%~2%than in fine needleunder the thick thread stitching process, and is higher to3%~4%than under thick needle thread stitching process. Under different wind speed, the filtration resistance of the the same filtermaterial under different process was followed by hot melt suture, bold lines, coarse fine needlethread, and the filtration resistance is higher to1~2pa of the filter material for hot melt processthan in fine needle under the thick thread stitching process, and is higher to3~4pa than underthick needle thread stitching process. |
