This thesis mainly research on structure and mechanical property of nylon hook and loopfastener with thermo fuse. By setting up the physical models of shear strength and peel strength ofnylon hook and loop fastener, simpler shear strength and peel strength formulas are gotten, theperformance of anti-fatigue performance was also studied accordingly.Through the analysis of the organizational structure of ordinary fastening belt, it is comprisedof8ground warp and8ground weft and2loop multifilament warp, every4ground warp contains1hook, which in the middle of these4ground warp.8different kinds of nylon hook and loop fastener with thermo fuse were designed by themeans of adding thermo fuse in different ground warp and adding thermo fuse in weft whether ornot.Through studying the mechanical property of nylon hook and loop fastener with thermo fuse,it is seen that adding thermo fuse in weft only, both longitudinal shear strength and peel strengthof the fastener increase. Whether adding thermal fuse in weft or not, both shear strength and peelstrength decreases with the increase of the number of thermal fuse in warp. The experimentsshows that the comprehensive properties of nylon hook and loop fastener with thermo fuseproduced by process1can best meet the requirements of application, which is worst by process5.Physical models of shear strength and peel strength of hook and loop fastener were gotten bymeans of the setting up of physical models of single-hook shear and peel force of the fastener,which were based on the theory of the bend of beam in mechanics of materials and thefriction of fibers. The formulas between shear strength and the percent of hooking were gotten by the means of the determination of some parameters of the calculation formulas through the methodof experimental tests and human values, so was the peel strength. Through the coefficient ofcorrection, the final calculation formulas of shear strength and peel strength of nylon hook&loopfastener with thermo fuse were gotten, and the deviation percentage is less than5%, which can beused to predict and calculate the shear strength and peel strength.The fitting equation between anti-fatigue performance attenuation index and bonding point isgiven by means of the nonlinear regression analysis of0~5000times test. It’s shows that, with theincrease of bonding points number, anti-fatigue performance decreasing first and then increasing.The fitting equation can be used to forecast the anti-fatigue performance attenuation index, whichis important to study the anti-fatigue performance of hook&loop fastener.
