Based on the cases of Suzhou, the reclaimed water reuse by physical-chemical treatment process with double-source raw water is presented in the paper. It is characterized by increasing the amount of the reclaimed water and reducing the load of storm sewer at the same time, it can greatly enhance the utilization efficiency of the system and processing efficiency ensuring a continuous supply of water in community.According to the investigation on water use in 16 residential communities in Suzhou., the results of water balance calculation show that the reclaimed water in different communities are greater than the water demand ,can meet the demand of flushing water and Green Water. The monthly water ratio curves of different communities are similar to each other. (ratio: gray water/rainwater)During the rainy season, the ratio is relatively stable, but changing greatly during the dry season.Simulation physical-chemical treatment process with double-source raw water to find the optimum coagulant dosage, the best water conditions and the best operating conditions such as pH range in different ratio coefficient cases. Finally, the out-water conform to the water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption.In the design of physical-chemical treatment process with double-source raw water,through the Landscape Water Cycle can solve the rainwater balance tank seasonally idle problem and balance the ratio during the dry season. According to analyzing the process of technical and economic ,the running cost is 1.03yuan/m3By discuss the limiting factors on the development of the reclaimed water reuse in China and comparing the water development ideas between China and Japan, pointing out that community Multi-function rainwater saving facility is the key to solve the problem about the reclaimed water in China ,which can solve the rainwater balance tank seasonally idle problem.
