Environmental hormones are realesed to the environment by the acitivities of human beings. The trace will have a significant impact on wild animals and human beings. Environmental hormones are also known as endocrine disruptors.17α-ethinylestradiol (EE2) is a synthetic estrogen, made as the main acitive ingredients for prophylactic. For its strong endocrine interference,17α-ethinylestradiol may cause the phenomenon of hermaphroditic animals, as well as genital abnormalities and so on.This paper established the system of laccase catalyzed oxidation of 17α-ethinylestradiol. By using the spectrophotometer and highly effective liquid phase chromatograph, analyzing the effect of various experimental conditions on this system. This paper has completed the work as below:(1) Establishing the system of Laccase catalyzed oxidation of 17α-ethinylestradiol, (2) Using ABTS as a substrate to analyze the acticity of laccase, and found the optimum PH value as well as the temperature, (3) Study on various reaction conditions, such as the PH value, temperature, laccase concentration, EE2 concentration on laccase catalyzed oxidation of 17α-ethinylestradiol, (4) Analyzing the effect of adding ABTS as a catalyst to the system, (5) Analyzing the effect of adding magnetic turbulence to the system. This paper also studied on the effect of catalyzed oxidation between different laccasses. The experimental results show that:the optimum temperature for laccase is 35℃. The optimum PH value is 3.93. For the reaction system of laccase catalyzed oxidation of 17α-ethinylestradiol, the optimum PH value is 5.38, the optimum temperature is 35℃, when the laccase concentration is between 0.75ml-2ml, there is a good EE2 removal rate. When EE2 concentration is 0.513 mmol/L, removal of EE2 is high. There is better removal efficiency when Magnetic oscillations applied in the system. While adding ABTS catalyst, EE2 removal efficiency increased significantly. The results also show that different laccasses have different EE2 removal rate.
