Research On The Environmental Protection Policy Of Macao Sar

With people placing a higher value on their living environment,what concerns every country in the world the most today is the environmental protection. Moreover,it is the cornerstone that we cannot lack in Macao SAR ("Macao") for its environmental protection sustainable development and for improving its citizens' goodwell.This essay mainly studies and analyses the Macao environmental protection policy. The quality of the environment has been deteriorating gradually in recent years,obviously emerging from every aspect of the environmental element (e.g. air,water resources,noise,etc.). The deterioration of the environmental quality will have a serious impact on the government and the development of the society in all respects. It will also become a threat to the well being of its citizens. Therefore,with rapid economic growth in recent years in Macao,the environmental quality will continue to deteriorate if we do not adjust the present environmental protection policy immediately. It must then affect the sustainable development of Macao's society,environment and economy,etc. There are six chapters for the essay. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter is about the comprehensiveness of all articles. The summary of some countries.Tenvironmental protection policies will be discussed in chapter three. The fourth chapter studies the status of Macao environmental protection. The analysis of the Macao environmental protection policy will be discussed in the fifth chapter. Finally,we will make suggestions for the Macao environmental protection policy.
