In the cutting process, though the way of traditional cutting fluid can be achieved the cutting zone to cast cooling and lubrication the consequences of polluting the production site and the surrounding ecological environment of the factory , increasing the waste of oil isposal costs and the cost of oil due to manufacturing. Today the low carbon living and environment-friendly industries are advocated , and the traditional mastic has been become a bottleneck,which has restricted the sustainable development of the machining industry, The cutting technique in spray a small amount of lubricant is one of the effective way to solve these problems, also have also been strong supported by the relevant state departments. In this paper, spray a small amount of lubrication technology in the structural parameters of the nozzle and spray parameters were exploratory studied, the main research in the following aspects are included:1.From exploring the aerosol cooling mechanism in MQL and analyzing the advantages to accordance with a set of machining features of formation of a small amount of MQL aerosol generation device, then test of the application.2.Based on machine processing in the distribution of temperature and pressure,design an air-assisted atomization fan nozzles.then choose a injection location and injection angle in Reasonable.3.According to the nozzle inside and the nozzle mixing characteristics of the flow field ,established the Spray nozzle and fan nozzle flow model of flow field. On the basis of the simulation and analysis of the flows, optimizing the structure parameters of the nozzle to optimize the operating parameters of the nozzle.4.By comparing experiment and simulation, determination of atomization and explore cutting practice in the initial application.Application of my own independent design, a bubble atomization nozzle spray test system was fan-shaped, By spray experiment shows that the system in lower working pressure, using this nozzle can obtain good atomization effect; And a flow cross-section shape can meet a particular area of cutting processing requirements. Therefore, in the field of mechanical processing cutting has great popularization value.
