| There is a phenomenon of high loss rate,high dilution rate ,high mixing rate of rock in the mining process of bauxite,which brings difficulties on mining operation and improving ore grade. Although some controlled measures have been taken to prevent loss and dilution in Xiaoyi Bauxite ore, and also some stage results have been achieved in preliminary research, but there is not a satisfactory solution to this problem in technology .Therefore, the study of new bauxite mining technology has an important theoretical and practical value on full recovery of mineral resources and mine safety .Combined with Xiaoyi Bauxite mining production, the paper studies the control of dilution rate and loss rate through using analysis of optimization theory engineering fuzzy set theory and field tests at sub-layer and sub-lever, the main results are as follows:Sedimentary bauxite mining numerical model of sub-layer and sub-level has been built which is based on optimization methods theory,engineering fuzzy set theory and other mathematica and mechanical methods which is related and mature, mining methods and processes which is fit for engineering requirements is selected, also a research about the technology of sub-layer and sub-level on mine of lot with representatives is focused, which by means of on-site monitoring, management and other means to achieve the set goals.In the field test, reserves and drilling designed of the test area have been encrypted to meet the requirements of mining technology of sub-layer and sub-level. Also the analysis of on-site technical and economic and the application of existing Minesight mining software will be used to test the scientific and practicalthe of technology research .Through the use and practice of mining technology of sub-layer and sub-level in Xiaoyi Bauxite,the mining dilution rate and loss rate have been effective controlled,production efficiency has been improved,and the direct cost of production has been reduced. |
