| Abstract:Coal and gas outburst has been the most serious disasters in coal mine. As outburst seriously restrict the improvement of coal company economic efficiency, threaten the safety production of the mine. So effective outburst prediction and prevention has become the important technique, which assure safety production and improve its economic efficiency for coal and outburst mine. Researches on the reliable outburst prediction method is the basis of preventing outburst , It can guide people to apply outburst prevention measure reasonable, reduce blind outburst prevention measure and cost, is closely linked with the security and economic benefit for coal mine. A lot of Factors can influence gas emission, main influencing factors are gas content, geological structure, tectonic coal and burial depth. Generally speaking, value of gas emission reflects value of gas content. High gas emission zone is easy to accumulate large amount gas, and then form higher gas pressure and energy, which increase outburst risk obviously.Taking Zhongtai coal mine as experimental place, considering gas-geology data of other coal mine in Hebi Coal Bureau, applying methods of gathering previous reference and statistics, the paper analyzes 61 time coal and gas outburst phenomena which happened in Hebi Coal Bureau, studies basic characteristics and main influencing factors of coal and gas outburst phenomena. Making use of coal Stat. and disparted-origin prediction, This paper studies the relation between gas emission and gas content of digging laneway separately; Through testing coal parameter in the lab, practical observation and records underground, studies the relation between tectonic coal distribution law and gas emission; Collecting the 2 digging working face prediction parameters distribution, Analyzes and studies the prediction parameter super-scale ratio under different gas emission, In the end, expatiate the connection between gas emission and outburst under the condition of analyzing the fourth mine outburst status synthetically, gas content, tectonic coal and prediction parameters.Based analyzing other related reference, the paper establishes a set of outburst prediction method depending on gas emission index, then calculate its critical value. Finally, the paper divides working face into different zones applied with this method, result has been prove to be satisfied through practical test. |
