As a strong oxidant and bactericide, ozone has been widely applied in the area of pollute water disposal,air clean,flue gas decontamination,medical apparatus isinfection, bleaching out the cloth, foodstuff preserving,liquor purification and manual aging technics. Dielectric barrier discharge type ozone generator device in the event of certain circumstances, increase the inverter output voltage amplitude and frequency can improve the efficiency of ozone generators produce ozone, the main focus for the development of such power on how to achieve its high-frequency output, high pressure technology.This paper briefly describes the nature of ozone, related applications and production methods. The principle of dielectric barrier discharge by the introduction and development of the current status of domestic and international comparison of ozone generators, high frequency high voltage inverter described by the power of rationality and necessity. Secondly, the described plate ozone generator discharge chamber of the basic design principles and the concrete slab structure design discharge chamber.
